What You’ll Do

Respond to at-need calls with empathy and professionalism, ensuring families feel supported.

Coordinate the necessary steps to transport the deceased back home, managing logistics with precision.

Work closely with at need fammilies, funeral homes, and partners ensuring timely and respectful arrangements.

Provide peace of mind to families during their time of need, guiding them through every step of the process.
Who You are

Experience in funeral directing or similar roles, with a focus on compassionate customer service.

Strong logistical and organizational skills to manage the transport process.

Thrive on maintaining a deep understanding of Sepio Guard products and technology. Your enthusiasm for staying ahead of developments ensures you provide informed support and guidance to families, funeral homes, and sales agents.
